The company is looking for a Sales Engineer to handle incoming queries from platforms like IndiaMART, understand client requirements, explain suitable crane and material handling solutions, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships.

- ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ? Call leads received through IndiaMART and other platforms to understand customer requirements.
- ? Brief clients about suitable products and crane solutions based on their needs.




- ? Generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust customer pipeline.
- ?️ Visit client sites to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- ? Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- ? Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- ⚙️ Coordinate with Engineering & Production teams for smooth project execution.
- ? Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- ? Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
- ? Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- ? Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- ? Confident in calling clients and understanding their requirements.
- ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- ? Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- ? Experience in Industrial Equipment, Engineering Products, Material Handling, Heavy Machinery, Capital Goods, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
- ? SALARY & INCENTIVES:
- ? Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000/month as per skill and experience
- ? Incentive: ₹20,000+ as per performance
