Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with good knowledge of CNC machines and programming setup for furniture and modular kitchen manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for creating CNC programs, machine setup, production support, and ensuring accurate cutting and machining of furniture panels as per drawings and specifications.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and operate CNC programs for furniture and modular kitchen panels.
- Create and modify CNC programs according to production requirements.
- Set up CNC machines, tools, cutting parameters, and job settings.
- Read and understand furniture drawings, measurements, and cutting layouts.
- Handle CNC machining of MDF, plywood, HDHMR, particle board and other furniture panels.
- Ensure accurate drilling, routing, cutting, grooving and other CNC operations.
- Check dimensions and quality of CNC-machined panels.
- Identify and rectify programming and machine setup errors.
- Optimize cutting/programming to reduce material wastage.
- Coordinate with Production, Design and Quality teams for smooth production.
- Maintain CNC machine programs, job records and production data.
- Follow machine safety procedures and company quality standards.




- Troubleshoot basic CNC programming and machine-related issues.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming.
- Practical experience in CNC machine setup and job setting.
- Knowledge of furniture panel cutting, drilling, routing and grooving.
- Ability to understand technical/furniture drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of CNC software/programming relevant to furniture manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of tools, cutting parameters and machine settings.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Positive coordination with production and quality teams.
- QualificationITI / Diploma in CNC, Mechanical, Production or relevant field preferred.
- Relevant experience in Furniture / Modular Kitchen Manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Candidate ProfileResponsible and technically skilled.
- Good attention to accuracy and measurements.
- Able to work independently as well as with the production team.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on furniture CNC experience.
