? Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing

Counsel students about IT / Software courses

Handle objections related to fees, comparison, and timing

Convert leads into paid admissions

Maintain proper follow-up tracking and CRM updates

Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets

? Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary + High Performance Incentives

No cap on incentives

Additional bonus for high-ticket course conversions

Growth opportunity into Team Leader / Sales Manager role

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

Tele-sales / BPO / Sales experience preferred or Fresher.

Robust communication & persuasion skills

Comfortable with targets and performance pressure
