Position: Sr. Design Engineer – HVAC
Job Description:
1. HVAC System Design – Design HVAC systems including VRF/VRV, chillers, ductable, cassette, AHU, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems as per project requirements.
2. Engineering Drawings & Calculations – Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting and piping drawings, equipment selection, heat-load calculations, and material/BOM requirements.
3. MEP Coordination – Coordinate HVAC designs with electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, structural, and architectural teams to ensure proper integration.
4. Project & Site Support – Review designs at site, resolve technical issues, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure installation follows approved drawings and specifications.
5. Team Leadership & Quality Control – Lead junior design engineers, review drawings and technical submissions, ensure design accuracy, maintain quality standards, and meet project timelines.
