Role & responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports and dashboards
- Track and monitor fleet metrics, including:
- Asset utilization
- Asset uptime
- Rider allocation efficiency
- Rider productivity metrics
- Compliance and audit indicators
- Strong liaison with ground operations teams and vendors for issue resolution and performance tracking
- Conduct on-ground asset audits and compliance checks
- Support asset repair and maintenance tracking and follow-ups
- Collect rider feedback and escalate operational issues
- Assist in rider hiring, onboarding, and verification processes
- Gather regional market intelligence on fleet offerings and competitor practices
- Support asset documentation and compliance readiness

Required Skills:

Robust MS Excel capability

Data-driven working style

Structured daily reporting discipline

Basic understanding of fleet operations metrics and KRAs

Field coordination and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of Electric 2W and Electric 3W vehicles

Good communication with ground
