- Basic knowledge of food safety (FSSAI) and hygiene standards.
- Hands-on experience in POS operations and billing.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate outlet staff.
- Inventory handling and basic vendor coordination.
- Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
