Role Purpose/ Overview -The role is to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in a specific region. This includes developing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team and building strong relationships with new and existing clients. It also involves monitoring market trends, ensuring efficient operations, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.
nKey Accountability Areas -
nSales Target Achievement & Growth: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets;
nDrive revenue growth and expand market share in the zone.
nTeam Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve objectives;
nProvide training and development to improve team performance.
nBusiness Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire recent clients to grow the
nBusiness: Expand the existing client base.
nCustomer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key
nclients; Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
nSales Strategy Execution:



Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals; adjust strategies based on market trends.
nSales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports; Use
nData to improve sales outcomes.
nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, Customer Service, and finance teams to align goals and improve sales.
nCompliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and ethical standards.
nDigital Transformation: Adopt digital tools to enhance sales efficiency and
