nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Outbound BDR / Appointment Setter with strong experience in US-market B2B outbound sales.
nThe ideal candidate should be able to build and execute a 0-to-1 outbound sales motion – from identifying the right prospects and decision-makers to running cold outreach, qualifying leads, and consistently booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
nThis role is ideal for someone who is hunter-minded, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable building outbound processes from scratch.

- Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies for the US market.n
- Research target companies, industries, ICPs, decision-makers, and buying signals.n
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn/Sales Navigator,



Apollo, Lusha, and similar tools.n
- Develop and execute ABM/account-based prospecting campaigns.n
- Create and manage multi-step outbound email and LinkedIn cadences.n
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and personalized outreach.n
- Engage decision-makers, qualify prospects, handle objections, and generate interest.n
- Follow up consistently across email, LinkedIn, and phone.n
- Qualify leads based on need, authority, budget, timing, and overall fit.n
- Book qualified appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.n
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.n
- Track metrics including response rates, connects, meetings booked, show rates, and pipeline generated.n
- Continuously test and optimize ICP, messaging, subject lines, cadences, and outreach channels.n
- Build repeatable outbound workflows and playbooks as the US sales function grows.n
