Job Title: Client Program Coordinator
nSalary: 40,000-45,000 per month
nLocation: Hybrid Remote, Mohali (PB)
nShift Schedule: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Night Shift)

nPOSITION SUMMARY:
nUnder the direct supervision of the Client Program Lead the Client Program Coordinator serves as a support person for the Program Management team.

nPRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Input and maintain all requisitions into required systems based on client structure and service level agreements.n
- Support coordination of job order distribution and communicate customer needs with approved vendors via phone, email,



and/or Vendor Management System.n
- Coordinate interview scheduling either independently or with support of other staff as needed.n
- Enter all recent hire information into appropriate systems and ensure all necessary communications are sent per client specifications.n
- Create and maintain employee files in company and client systems, striving for 100% accuracy of data input.n
- May coordinate start date/arrival instructions with vendors, CSS, HRAS, and employees as needed.n
- Ensure data entry requests are completed and provide data entry support as needed.n
- Take lead on following up on suspected COVID-19 cases, coordinating with others as needed to schedule testing, authorize paid leave, conduct contract tracing, and other related tasks.n
