NAbout the Role:
NWe are looking for an execution-focused Associate Project Manager to support health and wellness programs, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Support planning,execution, and tracking of health & wellness programs. N
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery. N
- Track client progress, identify gaps, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups. N




- Track project KPIs, timelines, and action items and provide regular updates to the Project Manager & CMO. N
- Support SOPs, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives. N
- Proactively identify problems and work across teams to drive resolution. N

nWhat We're LookingFor :

- n
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, health-tech, consulting, operations, or startups. N
- Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. N
- Client-first mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership. N
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup setting. N
- Exposure to 0→1 / 1→100journeys is a strong advantage. N
- PMP certification is a plus. N
