NRole Overview
nAs an ERP Finance Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to support, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Yardi. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, resolving functional issues, supporting finance operations, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency and financial visibility.




NThe ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of finance processes, ERP systems, and client-facing consulting experience.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues. N
- Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and change requests. N
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while adhering to defined SLAs. N
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive solutions. N
