- Develop a macro-level understanding of the category, competitive landscape, and brand objectives to craft effective media strategies. N
- Translate client briefsinto robust media plans aligned with marketing goals and business outcomes. N
- Interpret brand tracking studies and correlate media investments with brand metrics and sales performance. N
- Continuously build strategic thinking capabilities to deliver innovative and insight-driven solutions. N
- Lead planning and execution of campaigns across platforms. N
- Manage day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance tracking of ongoing campaigns. N
- Ensure campaigns are delivered as per plan, timelines, and agreed KPIs. N
- Monitor performance metrics such as reach,



frequency, GRPs, CTR, ROI/RoAS and optimize campaigns accordingly. N
- Ensure best-in-class servicing for clients through proactive communication and responsiveness. N
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, addressing queries and providing strategic recommendations. N
- Lead final media plan presentations and articulate rationale effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. N
- Track competitor activities, including innovative campaigns, award-winning work, and new media strategies. N
- Identify and recommend recent opportunities, formats, and innovations. N
- Aim to deliver at least2–3 award-worthy entries annually for recognition of outstanding work. N
- Act as a team player and collaborate effectively across planning, buying, and analytics teams. N
- Mentor and guide juniorteam members to build capability and improve performance. N
