nSPM Study Abroad is looking for an experienced and results-driven Student Counsellor – Study Abroad to join our team.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Counsel students interested in studying abroadn
- Understand students' academic background, career goals and preferencesn
- Guide students in choosing suitable countries, courses and universitiesn
- Handle enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp and walk-insn
- Follow up consistently with prospective studentsn
- Explain admission requirements, scholarships, intakes and application processesn
- Coordinate with admissions and visa processing teamsn
- Maintain student and lead follow-up recordsn
- Work towards counselling, application and admission targetsn

nCandidate Requirements:

- n




- Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling, overseas education, admissions or a related fieldn
- Robust communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Confident in communicating with students and parentsn
- Excellent follow-up and convincing skillsn
- Target-oriented and self-motivatedn
- Basic computer and CRM knowledgen
- Knowledge of overseas education processes will be an added advantagen
