nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Inside Sales & CRM Manager to take ownership of our dealer and customer relationships, inside sales, order coordination, follow-ups, and CRM/ERP processes.
nThis is not a pure tele-sales calling role. We are looking for someone who can independently manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, drive follow-ups, monitor sales activities, and ensure smooth order execution.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and EPC customers.n
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requirements, pricing, orders, and deliveries.n
- Manage the complete order cycle from inquiry and quotation to invoicing and dispatch.n
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Inventory, and Warehouse teams for smooth order execution.n
- Track pending orders, quotations,



deliveries, customer requirements, and payment follow-ups.n
- Maintain accurate customer, dealer, quotation, order, and follow-up records in CRM/ERP systems.n
- Prepare regular sales, customer, order, collection, and follow-up reports for management.n
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and customer retention.n
- Support identification and development of new dealers, retailers, distributors, and channel partners.n
- Monitor inside sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution.n
- Identify operational gaps and take ownership of resolving customer and order-related issues.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- Pursuing or have completed a Master's in any discipline.n
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, CRM, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development.n
- Experience handling dealers, distributors, retailer
