nJob Summary:
nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Expert – NRI Sales to drive international business development and NRI sales for our premium real estate portfolio.
nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in NRI/HNI sales, international real estate markets, overseas channel partner networks, investor engagement, and international sales events. The candidate should be well-connected, target-oriented, and capable of developing new markets and converting high-value investment opportunities.
nKey Responsibilities

- Drive NRI sales, revenue, and business development across international markets.n
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new NRI markets.n




- Build and manage a strong network of international Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and investors.n
- Leverage existing NRI/HNI relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities.n
- Plan and execute overseas roadshows, exhibitions, investor meets, and sales events.n
- Develop and execute NRI-focused digital lead-generation campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.n
- Build long-term relationships with NRI investors, HNIs, channel partners, and referral networks.n
- Generate repeat and referral business.n
- Monitor sales pipeline, lead sources, conversion ratios, and revenue.n
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.n
- Travel internationally for investor meetings, business development, roadshows, and events.n
