nSS Tech Services is looking for an experienced B2C Sales Manager – US Process to lead and manage our international sales team at our Noida office.
nThe ideal candidate should have a solid background in International B2C Sales / US Process, with proven experience in team management, revenue generation, target achievement, sales strategy, objection handling, negotiation, and deal closure.
nThe role involves managing a team of 25+ sales professionals, driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 25+ B2C sales professionalsn
- Drive US B2C sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targetsn
- Monitor key sales metrics including conversion rate, productivity, revenue, average sales value, and target achievementn
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales performance and conversionsn
- Conduct regular call reviews, sales meetings,



coaching sessions, and performance reviewsn
- Train and coach team members on sales pitching, objection handling, negotiation, upselling, cross-selling, and deal closuren
- Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate improvement plansn
- Support the team with escalations and high-value deal closuresn
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metricsn
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to process standardsn
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve overall business objectivesn

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Team Managementn
