About the Role We are looking for a senior CRM / post-sales professional to take complete ownership of the customer journey from booking to possession and beyond .
The role requires strong experience in customer servicing, collections, documentation, coordination and grievance management , with the maturity to manage high-value HNI and NRI clients.
Key Responsibilities • Own the complete post-sales customer lifecycle from booking to possession
• Manage customer documentation, payment milestones and handover processes




• Drive collections against construction-linked payment plans and monitor outstanding dues
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve queries efficiently
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts and Project/Site teams
• Manage allotment letters, agreements, sale deeds, registration and applicable statutory formalities
• Maintain CRM data as the single source of truth for customer status and collections
• Handle HNI/NRI customer escalations and grievances professionally
• Drive customer satisfaction, referrals and long-term customer relationships
• Support customer enrolment into rental-management / post-possession programs
• Prepare regular reports on collections, ageing, customer status and escalations for leadership
What We're Looking For • 7+ years of experience in Real Estate CRM, Post-Sales or Customer Relationship Management
• At least 2–3 years in a senior/managerial role
