Job Title: Sales Manager

nAbout the Role
nLead sales of recovered auto parts and scrap metal (ferrous/non-ferrous) generated from our RVSF facility at Kulgachia, Howrah, to dealers, traders, and industrial buyers.
nKey Responsibilities

- Sell scrap metal and reusable/recyclable auto partsn
- Identify and onboard buyers — scrap traders, foundries, re-rolling mills, parts dealers, garagesn
- Negotiate pricing based on daily market rates for ferrous/non-ferrous scrapn
- Build and manage a small sales team (including junior sales staff); assign targets and territoriesn

nRequirements

- 4+ years in sales; team-handling experience preferredn
- Sharp on pricing/negotiation; comfortable with daily rate fluctuationsn
- Positive communication skills (Bengali/Hindi/English)n
