About the Role We are looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies across political campaigns, public affairs, and high-impact political initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong writing, research, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of politics, media, and public discourse. Roles & Responsibilities Develop communication strategies, narratives, and messaging for political campaigns and initiatives. Draft speeches, talking points, briefs, press notes, statements, articles, and other communication material . Conduct research on political, social, economic, and current affairs topics. Monitor news, media coverage, public sentiment, and emerging political narratives. Work closely with strategy, research, creative, digital, and media teams . Support media engagement and external communication initiatives. Translate complex political issues into clear, compelling, and audience-focused communication. Ensure consistency, accuracy,



and quality across all communication outputs. Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines. Requirements More than 5 years of experience in Communications, PR, Political Consulting, Public Affairs, Journalism, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, storytelling, and content creation abilities. Good understanding of Indian politics, current affairs, media, and public discourse . Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
