ABOUT THE ROLE (3-7 Years Hands-on Experience, D2C Brand, English Speaking - US Client Facing, AI Tools) We're hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to support the creative needs of a leading US-based, consumer-facing D2C eCommerce brand. This is a hands-on design role for someone who has spent 3–7 years designing specifically for direct-to-consumer brands and understands what it takes to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-focused visuals across the full customer journey - product page, inbox, and social feed. You'll work directly with a US-based marketing and brand team, so native-level English fluency and the ability to quickly translate a verbal or written brief into an on-brand visual are essential to this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with product photographs and convert them into on-white images, to further purpose for marketing creatives and PDP images Design high-converting Product Detail Page (PDP) assets - product imagery, infographics, comparison charts, and lifestyle compositions Create email newsletter designs and templates that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement and conversion Maintain brand guideline documentation, ensuring visual consistency across every channel Design product presentation decks for internal reviews, retail partners, and stakeholder meetings Produce static and carousel social media ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid/organic channels Translate marketing briefs and campaign concepts into polished, on-brand assets quickly and with minimal revisions Collaborate directly with US-based marketing, eCommerce,



and brand teams - joining calls, absorbing tone and voice, and iterating quick on feedback Maintain organized design files, templates, and a shared asset library Edit short-form video content for social and product pages (a plus, not required) REQUIREMENTS 3-7 years of hands-on graphic design experience, with a portfolio that includes real work for D2C / eCommerce brands (agency or in-house) Prior experience working with a US-based, leading consumer D2C brand strongly preferred Native or native-level English fluency, written and verbal - you'll be communicating directly with a US team daily Expert-level, hands-on proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (non-negotiable) Experience with Adobe Premier Pro for video editing is a plus Solid grasp of eCommerce design fundamentals: PDP conversion best practices, email design standards, and paid social ad specs Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency Fast learner who can absorb brand voice and requests with minimal hand-holding Comfortable working partial overlap with US business hours NICE TO HAVE Video editing skills - Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects - for Reels, TikTok, and social content Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or InDesign Familiarity with Shopify PDP layouts and email platforms such as Klaviyo WHAT SETS A GREAT CANDIDATE APART Strong conceptual thinking - brings ideas, not just execution Ownership and reliability under deadline pressure A portfolio that shows range across PDP, email, decks, and social ad formats
