Job location: Baner, Pune Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years Digital Marketing Agency Experience Mandatory Role Overview Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their complete lifecycle while ensuring timely campaign delivery and achievement of marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities Client Management: Understand client business, industry, and objectives; recommend digital marketing strategies; maintain qualified communication throughout engagement. Account Oversight: Manage portfolio of active client accounts as assigned; handle onboarding, planning, reviews, renewals, and closure. Project Coordination: Develop execution strategies; coordinate with Performance Marketing, Social Media, Design, Content, and Development teams for timely delivery. Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and TAT; ensure client commitments are tracked and fulfilled. Performance Reporting: Review campaign performance; share reports, insights,



and recommendations; conduct periodic review meetings. Issue Resolution: Address client queries, concerns, and escalations promptly with internal team coordination. Documentation: Maintain records of communications, meeting minutes, approvals, and project status in designated systems. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and policies; attend client meetings (including in-person) as required. Requirement Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 6 Months –3 years in client servicing/account management at a digital marketing agency. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Design). Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
