*SLBS Marklance – Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala* SLBS Marklance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented *Academic Head cum Operations* to manage academic activities, faculty coordination, student experience, and overall branch operations at our Vyttila branch. MALAYMA SPEAKING CANDITATES ONLY APPLY ED-TECH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee the day-to-day *academic and branch operations*. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic schedules, classes, examinations, and training programs. * Coordinate with faculty members, trainers, and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of courses. * Monitor *faculty performance, attendance, class quality, and student feedback*. * Ensure effective student onboarding, academic support, and issue resolution. * Track student progress, attendance, academic performance, and course completion. * Maintain academic records, reports, and operational documentation. * Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth branch functioning. * Handle student and parent queries professionally and ensure timely resolution. * Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. * Ensure discipline, compliance, and professional standards within the branch.



* Support *student engagement, retention, placements, and overall student satisfaction*. * Prepare regular academic and operational reports for management. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field. * 10 years of experience* in academic administration, education management, branch operations, or a similar role. * Experience in managing *faculty/training teams and students*. * Solid leadership, coordination, and communication skills. * Good knowledge of academic planning and operational management. * Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a target-driven environment. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tools. * Prior experience in the *education/training industry* will be an added advantage.
