L1 – PostgreSQL & Oracle DBA Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Experience: 2–3 years Coverage: 9×6 with escalation support Job Overview Responsible for day-to-day administration and operational support of PostgreSQL and Oracle databases across DEV, UAT, Staging, PROD and DR environments. Key Responsibilities Monitor database health, availability, storage, performance and alerts. Perform backup, restore and restore-drill activities. Monitor database replication and support basic troubleshooting. Perform user, role and access management. Support database patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation. Execute approved SQL/database scripts during releases. Perform database housekeeping, maintenance and archival activities. Support basic performance and query troubleshooting. Monitor database jobs, alerts and scheduled activities. Coordinate with application, server,



network and vendor teams. Prepare operational, capacity and service reports. Support DR drills, preventive maintenance and RCA activities. Ensure SLA, audit, security and RBI policy compliance. Maintain SOPs, runbooks and knowledge documentation. Follow Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management processes.
