Handle guest concerns professionally. Promote room upgrades and hotel services. Maintain daily reports and proper shift handovers. Requirements Relevant hotel front office experience. Positive communication skills in English and Hindi. Computer proficiency; Djubo or similar hotel software knowledge preferred. Courteous, organised and guest-focused.
