Deliver and design tech-oriented courses in the domain (e.g., HR Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence Tools, Digital Strategy, AI Applications in Business). Develop academic content, case studies, experiential and project-based learning modules. Actively engage in research, publications, and knowledge dissemination. Required Qualifications: Ph.D. (or thesis submitted)



in Management or relevant discipline from national and/or international institution of repute. Ph.D. is must. Strong subject knowledge and ability to integrate digital tools and data-driven perspectives in teaching. Evidence of teaching effectiveness and/or research output Publications in ABDC & Scopus journals.
