Key Responsibilities Strong skills in character animation in Blender Ability to create energetic camera animations in Blender Experience with simulations (cloth, particles, rigid bodies, etc.) in Blender Good understanding of lighting, timing, and composition in Blender Collaborate with developers to integrate assets into real-time engines Maintain consistency in style and quality across all 3D Characters Required Skills Hands-on experience with 3D Characters Strong proficiency in Blender Solid understanding of: Human anatomy and character design Topology and clean mesh workflows Texture mapping and materials Ability to create or work with facial expressions, morphs, or blendshapes ⭐ Preferred / Bonus Skills Knowledge of facial rigging and lip-sync workflows Familiarity with real-time avatar systems or virtual characters
