About Vanmoh

As Vanmoh continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead the organization's sales strategy, revenue growth, and business development.

About the Role

The CSO will be responsible for building and executing the overall sales strategy, driving revenue, expanding the customer base, developing sales teams, and establishing a high-performance sales culture.

This is a leadership role for a commercially strong professional who can translate business objectives into measurable sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the company's overall sales strategy.
- Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets.




- Build sales plans across branches, products, and customer segments.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and growth markets.
- Continuously improve sales productivity and conversion rates.

2. Sales Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales leadership team.
- Build a robust and performance-driven sales organization.
- Define sales targets, KRAs, and KPIs for teams.
- Establish structured sales review mechanisms.
- Coach teams on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and cross-selling.
- Identify hiring requirements and build the sales organization as the company scales.

3. Branch & Market Expansion
- Drive sales performance across existing branches.
- Develop strategies for expansion into new markets and locations.
- Analyze branch-level performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with branch managers to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.
