Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Interiors to plan, execute, and successfully deliver interior fit-out projects within the agreed timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, site coordination, client communication, vendor management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage interior projects from project initiation through completion and handover.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, manpower requirements, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per approved schedules.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams for civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, ceiling, flooring, painting, signage, and other interior works.
- Monitor project costs, material requirements, procurement, and resource utilization.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, delays, and issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide project status updates to management and clients.




- Manage subcontractors and vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials and works.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company/client safety standards.
- Coordinate inspections, snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, measurements, approvals, and completion records.
- Ensure effective coordination between design, procurement, execution, and project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out/project execution.
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior projects and construction processes.
- Positive understanding of drawings, BOQs, specifications, materials, and project schedules.
- Strong project planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and site teams.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Excel and other project management tools.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to understand technical drawings is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in corporate offices, commercial spaces, hospitality, retail, healthcare, educational institutions, or large-scale interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
