Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of current accounts, saving accounts, business loans, personal loans, and CASA deposits to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management with existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase cross-selling potential and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in banking sales or related field (preferably in field sales).
- Solid understanding of various types of banking products such as current accounts, saving accounts, business loans, personal loans, and CASA deposits.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at all levels.
