Job Summary

Addverb Technologies is looking for a Junior Engineer – After Sales to support maintenance and troubleshooting of automation and material-handling equipment at customer sites. The role involves breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, PLC/HMI troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), customer handling, and ensuring equipment availability within defined TAT.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and resolve equipment/product breakdowns at customer sites within defined TAT.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors, ASRS, material handling lifts, shuttles and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot Siemens and Rockwell PLCs and HMI systems.
- Analyze repeated breakdowns and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive action plans.
- Execute preventive maintenance activities as per company guidelines and checklists.
- Maintain breakdown and preventive maintenance logs.
- Record spare-parts consumption, equipment anomalies and recommendations.




- Prepare and share RCA reports within the specified TAT.
- Coordinate with customers and guide their operation/support teams regarding proper equipment upkeep.
- Maintain proper daily HOTO (Hand Over/Take Over) between shifts.
- Ensure availability of required spares, consumables, tools and tackles.
- Follow Addverb and customer safety guidelines.
- Maintain accountability for company tools and equipment available at the customer site.
- Safely perform work at heights of up to 40 metres.
