Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4–6 Years

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month

Employment: Full-Time

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Architect to join our team and take ownership of residential projects from concept to execution .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations & working drawings

• Coordinate with structural, MEP & site teams

• Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per drawings

• Handle client meetings, presentations & design revisions

• Review drawings and guide junior architects

• Ensure quality, timelines & design standards

Requirements:

• B.Arch with 4–6 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of residential architecture & construction

• Proficiency in AutoCAD ; SketchUp/Revit/Lumion/Enscape is a plus

• Valuable communication, coordination & client-handling skills

• Ability to independently manage projects
