About the role:

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Perk HRMS team and own the full B2B sales cycle , with a strong focus on lead generation, prospecting, and new customer acquisition .

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking and other channels
- Prospect and identify potential B2B customers
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
- Conduct Perk HRMS product demos
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and closure
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Build relationships with HR, Payroll and business decision-makers
- Maintain accurate lead and chance information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales — mandatory
- Experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting
- Good communication and sales skills




- Confident in making cold calls and speaking with business decision-makers
- Good presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of the complete sales process
- HR Tech / HRMS / Payroll sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
