Job Description Summary:

- Responsible for advanced administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization of the Netskope Security Cloud platform, including Netskope SWG, CASB, ZTNA/NPA, DLP, RBI, Cloud Firewall and Netskope Client.
- The role provides L3 support for complex security incidents and works closely with Network, Security, Endpoint, Cloud and OEM teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L3 technical support for complex Netskope incidents and service requests.
- Administer and troubleshoot Netskope Security Cloud policies and configurations.
- Manage Netskope Client deployment, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Configure and troubleshoot Secure Web Gateway (SWG) policies.
- Manage CASB controls, cloud application discovery and risk assessment.
- Configure and troubleshoot DLP policies, incidents and exceptions.
- Work on Netskope Private Access (NPA/ZTNA) and troubleshoot private application connectivity.
- Manage steering configurations, including client-based and network-based steering.
- Troubleshoot traffic forwarding, SSL inspection, PAC files, certificates and authentication issues.
- Investigate security incidents using Netskope logs, alerts and dashboards.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
- Integrate Netskope with SIEM, IdP/SSO, Active Directory/Entra ID and endpoint security platforms.
- Troubleshoot authentication issues involving SAML, MFA and identity providers.
- Monitor platform health, performance and policy compliance.
- Perform change implementation, testing and rollback activities following ITIL/change-management processes.
- Support Netskope upgrades,



new feature implementation and policy migrations.
- Coordinate with Netskope TAC/OEM for critical or product-level issues.
- Prepare RCA, incident reports, operational documentation and knowledge articles.
- Participate in security audits, compliance reviews and vulnerability remediation.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance.

L3 Troubleshooting Areas:

- N etskope Client – installation, steering, connectivity and logs
- SWG – web access, policy enforcement and SSL inspection
- CASB – cloud applications, sanctioned/unsanctioned applications
- DLP – policies, profiles, incidents and false positives
- NPA/ZTNA – private applications, publishers and connectivity
- Authentication – SAML, SSO, MFA and IdP
- Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, proxy and routing
- SSL – certificate chain, inspection and TLS issues
- SIEM – log forwarding, correlation and incident investigation
- Endpoint – Windows troubleshooting and Netskope Client conflicts
- Automation – API/PowerShell scripting preferred

Required Technical and Qualified Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience with Netskope.
- SWG, CASB and DLP.
- Netskope Client and steering configuration.
- NPA/ZTNA.
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS and Proxy.
- SSL/TLS and certificate troubleshooting.
- SSO/SAML/Identity concepts.
- Windows/Endpoint troubleshooting.
- SIEM and security monitoring.
- Incident, problem and change management.
- Strong RCA and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- Netskope Certified Cloud Security Integrator / Administrator or relevant Netskope certification.
- Security+ / CISSP / CISM.
- CCNA/CCNP.
- Microsoft security/identity certifications.
