HR Executive — Angel Investments, Bengaluru

We're a financial advisory firm serving retail investors in regional-language markets, looking for an HR Executive to own hiring and people operations.

What you'll do

- Hire for advisory, dealing, sales and content roles — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
- Handle joining formalities, documentation, background verification and induction
- Track NISM certifications and exchange/SEBI-related staff registrations
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs and full-and-final settlements
- Maintain PF, ESI, PT and Shops & Establishments compliance records
- Run appraisals, training coordination and retention initiatives

What we're looking for

- Graduate; HR preferred
- 6 months - 1 years HR experience, ideally in broking, fintech or financial services
- Knowledge of Indian labour and statutory compliance
- Fluent in Kannada and English
- Good with Excel/Sheets; discreet with confidential information

CTC: ₹18,000/- ₹25,000/- p.m.
