MIS & Data AnalystJob SummaryWe are looking for a MIS & Data Analyst with strong Advanced Excel, data analysis, reporting, and communication skills. The candidate should be able to convert raw data into accurate, meaningful, and easy-to-understand reports.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage, organize, clean, and analyze data.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and data presentations.
- Solid working knowledge of Excel & Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and other advanced functions.
- Use Power Query and other Excel data tools for efficient reporting.
- Identify data errors, trends, gaps, and insights.
- Explain and communicate data findings clearly to concerned employees and departments.




- Coordinate with teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for analysis, reporting, automation, and productivity.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Required SkillsExcellent Excel & Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards, and data visualization.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to explain data in a simple and clear manner.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Knowledge of Power BI/Power Query is an advantage.
