Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a high volume of Momos across various styles, including Steamed, Fried, Kurkure, and broth-based Jhol Momos.

- Manage the wok station to quickly execute Indo-Chinese staples like Veg Chilli Garlic Noodles, Honey Chilli Potato, and Kung Pao Chicken.

- Craft traditional Tibetan and Himalayan specialties, including hand-pulled noodle Thukpa, cold and tangy Laphing, and Chilli & Cheese Dachi.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in Himalayan, Tibetan, or Indo-Chinese street food preparation.
