We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in HVAC sales, project sales, and business development.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

· Handle HVAC project sales from enquiry to order closure.

· Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.

· Prepare technical & commercial quotations, BOQs, and proposals.

· Understand HVAC drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

· Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and negotiations.

· Coordinate with estimation, design, project, and service teams.

· Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming HVAC projects.

· Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills





· Robust knowledge of HVAC systems such as Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Ducting, Ventilation, and DX systems.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Good knowledge of HVAC project sales and technical specifications.

· Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

· Strong business development and customer relationship skills.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred: Candidates with proven HVAC sales/project sales experience and a strong network among consultants, contractors, and clients.
