Job DescriptionPhonePe is hiring Business Development Associates (BDA) / Rural Business Development Associates (RBDA) to drive merchant acquisition and business growth in the assigned territory. This is a field-based role involving daily visits to local merchants, promoting PhonePe's digital payment solutions, and building strong merchant relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit local merchants and businesses to onboard them onto the PhonePe platform
- Explain PhonePe products, services, and benefits to prospective merchants
- Drive merchant acquisition,



activation and engagement
- Achieve daily and monthly business targets
- Build and maintain robust relationships with merchants
- Conduct regular field visits and report daily activities through the company app
- Identify opportunities for market expansion in the assigned area
- RequirementsEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Smartphone user
- Two-wheeler/Bike compulsory
- Valid Driving License required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis
- Comfortable working in a field-sales environment
