MARS Cosmetics is one of India’s fast-growing makeup brands, with a strong presence across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, D2C and Exclusive Brand Outlets. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR Operations Executive to support people operations at our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities at the warehouse.

-Handle attendance, leave, shift schedules and employee records.

-Coordinate onboarding, documentation and joining formalities for warehouse employees.

Maintain accurate HR MIS, employee data and attendance records.

-Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance inputs, salary-related queries and monthly closures.

-Support employee engagement activities and address day-to-day employee concerns.





-Coordinate with warehouse managers and supervisors on manpower requirements and workforce planning.

-Manage documentation and compliance-related HR processes.

-Handle employee exits, full & final coordination and exit documentation.

-Ensure smooth communication between the warehouse team and corporate HR.

What We’re Looking For

-1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, FMCG, retail or similar environment.

-Positive understanding of attendance, payroll inputs and employee documentation.

-Strong communication and coordination skills.

-Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

-Someone who is hands-on, approachable and comfortable working closely with frontline employees.
