About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Manager who understands e-commerce, shipping and logistics and can help MozoPost grow its seller network.

- ResponsibilitiesFind and onboard recent e-commerce sellers and D2C brands.
- Generate leads and convert them into active sellers.
- Explain MozoPost shipping services and benefits.
- Build good relationships with sellers.
- Help sellers increase their shipping volume.
- Coordinate with the operations team for seller requirements.
- Handle basic shipping-related queries such as courier rates, pickup, NDR and RTO.
- Achieve monthly sales and shipment targets.
- Skills We NeedExperience in e-commerce sales / shipping / logistics preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of courier and shipping services.




- Good understanding of e-commerce sellers and their shipping needs.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Existing contacts with e-commerce sellers will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
