Job Title: Field Recruiter
Salary: ₹25,000 (Fixed) + Petrol Allowance ₹3,000
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday
Job Role:
On-field sourcing of candidates
Sourcing delivery boys for Instamart stores
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of experience in any field sales role
Must own a bike with a valid driving license (mandatory)
