Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Household Cleaning Products

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and increase sales in the local market.

Job Summary The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business by visiting potential customers, introducing our products, developing long-term business relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel within the assigned territory.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit approximately 30–40 potential customers every working day.
- Identify and approach recent customers such as:

- Offices
- Automobile Showrooms
- Educational Institutions
- Industrial Units and Other Commercial Establishments
- Introduce and demonstrate the company's household cleaning products.
- Generate new orders and convert prospective customers into regular buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, meetings, orders, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the office regarding order processing and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Experience in field sales, FMCG sales, cleaning products, or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp for reporting.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Salary & BenefitsFixed monthly salary (based on experience and performance).
- Attractive sales incentives based on achievements. Can earn even upto 15k to 30k as incentive depending on the sales made by him
