Job Description

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our IT products and services, generating interest, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Introduce and explain our company's IT products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convince customers and handle basic sales objections.
- Schedule meetings or demos for interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and call details in the CRM.
- Follow up regularly until the lead is converted or closed.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team when required.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.




- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to learn and explain software/IT products.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Previous Industry Experience

Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Call Center, Inside Sales, Customer Support, IT Sales, Real Estate Sales, Banking, or Insurance will be an advantage.
