Position: E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, catalog management, inventory updates, order processing, and overall marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on, Flipkart, e-commerce platforms.
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords, and attributes.
- Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.
- Manage SKU-level inventory and ensure stock availability.
- Monitor and process daily orders, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
- Coordinate with warehouse/packing teams for timely order processing.
- Monitor marketplace dashboards and resolve listing/catalog issues.
- Handle product pricing, offers, promotions, and basic marketplace activities.
- Track sales, inventory, returns, and other operational reports.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams whenever required.
- Maintain accurate Excel/Google Sheets reports.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.




- Ensure product information and catalog data are accurate across all platforms.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplace seller panels.
- Good understanding of e-commerce listing and catalog management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and marketplace accounts.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Male or Female candidates can apply.
- 3-12 month of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge and willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Candidates with experience in Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho seller account management will be preferred.
