Job PurposeTo create high-quality, attractive and engaging photo and video content that showcases BlueSky's interior-design projects, team, expertise, completed works and brand personality, with the objective of increasing Instagram/Facebook/YouTube reach, enquiries and ultimately business.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Videography

- Visit completed and ongoing interior projects and shoot high-quality videos and photographs.
- Create cinematic walkthroughs of interiors.
- Capture room-by-room details, furniture, lighting, materials, finishes and design elements.
- Shoot before/after transformations.
- Capture project progress and handover videos.
- Shoot client testimonials and client interactions with permission.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content from project sites.

2. Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos and longer project videos.
- Add suitable music, captions, subtitles, voiceovers, transitions and graphics.
- Perform colour correction and basic colour grading.
- Create premium-looking and professional interior-design videos.
- Resize/reformat videos appropriately for different social-media platforms.
- Create multiple short-form videos from a single project shoot.

3. Content Creation

The employee should not simply wait for instructions. They are expected to identify and suggest content ideas themselves.

4. Social Media Trend Research

- Regularly monitor Instagram, Facebook and YouTube trends.
- Identify trending sounds, formats, hooks and video styles.
- Study successful interior-design and real-estate content.
- Suggest ideas that can be adapted for BlueSky.
- Continuously experiment with current content formats.

5. Photography

- Take professional photographs of completed interiors.
- Capture suitable images for Instagram, Facebook, website, brochures and marketing.
- Maintain consistency in framing, lighting and visual quality.

6. Founder & Team Content

- Shoot videos featuring the founder, designers and team members when required.
- Help create educational and personal-brand content.
- Record interviews, design explanations and expert tips.

7. Content Planning

- Maintain a weekly/monthly content plan.
- Coordinate with the design, project and marketing teams to identify upcoming content opportunities.
- Ensure BlueSky always has a pipeline of content ready for publishing.

8. Project-Site Coordination

- Coordinate with project managers and designers before visiting sites.
- Plan what needs to be captured before arriving at the site.
- Ensure important stages of projects are documented.

9. File & Asset Management

- Properly organize all raw footage, photographs and edited videos.
- Maintain separate folders for each project.
- Ensure company footage is safely backed up.
- Maintain a searchable library of BlueSky's photo/video assets.
