Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a qualified and friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Generate sales through effective product presentation and upselling/cross-selling.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other required documents.
- Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and visual presentation.
- Keep updated with product knowledge, new arrivals, schemes, and promotions.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with inventory, billing, delivery, and other departments.
- Maintain customer records and update sales information regularly.
- Support promotional activities and showroom events when required.
- Ensure proper handling of products and maintain showroom stock awareness.
