Job Title: L 1 Helpdesk Support - Solutions L1 (Core Banking Solutions)

Location: On-site /Work form Office (Navi Mumbai).

Experience: 2- 4 Years

Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (Based on last CTC and experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented L1 Support Helpdesk Engineer to join our team supporting Government Banking Solutions. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving daily technical queries, managing incident tickets, and providing technical support for Core Banking Solutions (CBS).

Key Responsibilities:

Helpdesk & Incident Support: Handle incoming user calls, log support tickets, and resolve daily functional/technical queries within defined SLA limits.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve day-to-day operational issues reported by banking personnel.

Ticketing & Service Management: Log, prioritize, escalate,



and track incident tickets through standard Service Management Ticketing solutions until resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Science (B.S.C), Commerce (B.Com), B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or MBA.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Banking IT, Banking Support, or Core Banking Solutions (CBS) and also candidate should be worked with any banking application and Core Banking Solutions only.

Technical Knowledge:

Good understanding of Core Banking Solutions (CBS) operations and menu structures (Preferably with Finacle/USB v10.2.18 or similar CBS platforms preferred).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for call handling and stakeholder management.
