Job Role: HR Executive (BPO Hiring + Operations)

Job Details:

- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹26,000 CTC

- Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)

- Shift : Night Shift

- Gender Preference: Male Candidates Preferred

- Location : Kolkata

- Experience :1-3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with BPO industry exposure to manage Talent Acquisition and HR Operations (50% Hiring + 50% Operations).

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions - sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding

- Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain recruitment MIS & reports

- Coordinate with Operations team for manpower planning

HR Operations:

- Handle employee onboarding, documentation,



and HRMS updates

- Manage attendance, leave, and employee records

- Coordinate with payroll team for salary and incentives

- Handle employee grievances, engagement, and retention

- Manage exit formalities, F&F;, and HR compliance

Required Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in BPO

- Experience in both Recruitment and HR Operations

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
