We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to create engaging content for our residential construction projects and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites regularly to capture photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects.
- Shoot construction progress, building elevations, interiors, site activities, and project walkthroughs.
- Edit videos into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and project showcases.
- Add music, transitions, captions, text, effects, and company branding.
- Upload and publish content on the company's social media platforms.
- Follow current social media trends and create eye-catching content.
- Coordinate with the site and office teams to collect the required content.
- Maintain an organized collection of project photos and videos.




- Support the company's marketing activities and increase brand awareness.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Ability to shoot positive-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Creative mindset and good sense of visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Requirements

- Full-time office-based position.
- Regular construction site visits are required.
- Candidate must be comfortable working both in the office and at construction sites.
- Work from home is not available.
- Candidates with experience in construction, architecture, interior, real estate, or related content creation will be preferred.
