Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to handle billing, cash transactions, and customer payments efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, accuracy in handling cash, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Process customer bills and receipts using the POS/billing system.
- Ensure accurate cash collection and maintain proper cash records.
- Verify cash and other payment collections at the end of each shift.
- Provide receipts and assist customers with billing-related queries.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic billing concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.
- Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Head Cashier and Operations team when required.




- Report any billing discrepancies or cash shortages immediately.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Cashier is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
